I've just started experimenting with this stuff, and would like to get get some feedback on what rubbers you think it worked well on, and how close the effect is to normal speed glue effect. I'll report my own findings and some pics here as well... |

I'm a little surpirsed that some people seem to leave the rubbers for several weeks? After about 6 hours, the surface seemed to be dry, so why leave it longer? Perhaps it works differently on other sponges? |

I leave it for 24 hours first coat, 12 hours second coat and 6 hours 3rd coat, based on a recommendation from someone. I think it depends on your local humidity and temperature and how thick and soft the sponge is. I agree that several weeks aren't really necessary. -- Andrew |

Thanks for the tip... And when you glue it on, the effect will be there straight away? Or does it take a while to peak? Cheers! |

Once you glue it it seemed to be a permanent effect without any change for the life of the rubber. Do let the glue effect subside before attaching (overnight or longer) so the rubber doesn't shrink later. -- Andrew |

Wow!! Very impressed! *thumbs up* Hey Alex, I take that blue sponge is on the harder side yes? Was wondering did it soften the sponge up? If so how much you could say? |

It seemed soften it up a little, but I don't think it's as much as with speed glue...bit hard to tell really... |

I heard somewhere that it doesn't soften the sponge up and to go for the softer rubbers with it. Thanks Alex. |

I thought it softened the sponge, but I tend to use softer sponge on my short pips anyway. I never glued all that heavily to begin with. -- Andrew |

I tried this stuff on already glued rubbers and seems to work very well. Dawei Super Power 2008 Dawei Inspirit Dawei 388A-4 Globe 999 National (Red and Black) Andro Rocket Hard Andro Rocket Medium I only applied two coats and all of them domed, some domed more than others. Like the Andro rubbers went almost crazy and this is just applying light coats. Sorry, I cannot provide pictures because I've glued them to some blades as soon as they were ready. I've applied EEII on some G3 (uncut) rubbers last night, I might take a picture today and post it. |

How was the effect when playing? Well overall, they all played above average (Excellent for me would equate to perfect). The spin and speed is amazing. I would really recommend this stuff guys. Bare in mind too that I don't speed glue, so all of them resulted in good performance. I'll come back and post another update after two weeks to see if EEII still holds up. |

Hi all, I'm sure you guys will be interested in this. We all know how G3 looks like when it comes out of the package. Here's some G3 with 3 coats of EE2 applied. The third coat was applied after 24 hours and the photo was taken after 4 hours from the 3rd application. As you can see it's almost flat and you can still see that after 4 hours, it is still a bit wet.

Wow, this is all really interesting! I might have to order some from you, Alex! On a side note, that Globe 999 national looked bloody gorgeous! |
