So I want a setup with a tacky brush looping rubber and the low throw blade to couter the high throw of tacky rubbers.

I have found that with my current tacky rubber and relatively flexy blade; that it's nearly impossible to close the blade angle enough to get the ball onto the table.

I'm thinking Galaxy T1, T2, T4

Edit: I was in a real rush to go somewhere

Not quite following you here RD! Are you asking if the three T series blades are fast and crisp and low throw?

t1 and t2 are older tech rubbers with supposedly stronger carbon ping and not as good feel as T4 and T8.

while both t4 and t8 are fast stiff and low throw rubbers,

t4 has slight ping, and slight flex compared to t-8, not very forgiving.

t-8 has zero ping, very stiff, harder feel than t-4, better short game, more lethal, even less forgiving.

Acoustic / Violin.

Bit pricy but I doubt you ever regret the purchase.

Don't you mean blades?

I think that I might go for the t1 or the t2 or a really stiff and hard/soft allwood blade.

I wish I could get that new Nittaku Tenor as well!
But at 10,000Yen it's out of my range by a long shot!

TBS and T-8 with Bryce or Quattro seem to have the low throw of a brick.

Get the T1, it has a good feel and is very fast. At one stage I owned 3 of them at the same time as I liked it, I only owned 1 T2.

What about the DHS Wind Series CW-C?

It seems very popular.....if you check the bestseller thing in the shop, it's rated 3rd!

I've just had a brainwave! I could get the Joo Se Hyuk (hard and stiff) with Transcend SP one side and Feint Long II 0.6mm the other side!

That would combind my needs for the chopping game as well as the brush looping game!

Butterfly Schlager Carbon with Bryce Speed both side. Low enough? Still OK to chop too!

I found the T-4 to have quite a high throw, but I did come to it via a Schlager Carbon. I would still say it is high for a blade of this speed. The T-1 is lower throw and faster and the T-2 is lower throw and similar speed to the T-4 (very weight dependent though), but neither are in the same territory as the SC for being low throw.

You keep saying that various blades and rubbers are not available where you are. You have a big list of where you aren't, but are you in the UK? Because I don't have trouble getting any of these blades and rubbers here from internet retailers.
